Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: From 2:00 PM onwards
• Check-out: Before 12:00 PM
• Early arrivals before 9:00 AM will be charged from the previous night.
• All reservations will be held until 6:00 PM on the one day prior of arrival and are subject to room availability thereafter.

Payment & Taxes

• Room tariff and applicable taxes must be paid at the time of check-in.
• All taxes are levied as per Government regulations and are subject to change without prior notice.

Guest Identification

• Every guest is required to present a valid Government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.
• Foreign nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa upon arrival.

Visitor Policy

• In the interest of guest privacy and hotel security, visitors are permitted only until 08:00 PM.
• Any visitor staying beyond this time will be considered an additional resident guest and must register at the Front Desk with valid identification.
• Additional charges will apply for such shared occupancy.

Corporate Bookings

• For corporate bookings with pre-approved credit facilities, a Bill to Company (BTC) authorization must be received from an approved booker prior to guest arrival.
• In the absence of a valid BTC authorization at the time of billing, guests will be required to settle their bills directly at check-out.

Reservation, Cancellation & Amendment Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. Should you need to cancel, reduce, or amend a guaranteed reservation, please do so at least 48 hrs prior to arrival.

• For cancellations, amendments, or no-shows within 48 hrs or less from the check-in date, a retention charge will apply as follows:
  No. of rooms cancelled/no-shows × 1 night × applicable daily rate (including taxes)
• In case of early departures, retention charges for the unused nights will apply.
• Non-cancellable or non-amendable packages/rates are fully chargeable, and the entire advance amount will be retained as cancellation fees.

Child Policy

• Two children up to 11 years of age can stay in the parents’ room complimentary, using existing bedding.
• One extra child bed (if required) can be provided complimentary, subject to availability.
• One child aged 8–12 years may stay in the parents’ room at an additional charge for the extra bed.
